Septic Scheduling

We appreciate calls between 7:00am and 10:00pm.

We do NOT service PA or MD.

  • Maintenance: Septic pumping should be done about every three years. If you don't know when it was last done, it's time! Pumping is also often done during home sales to make sure the inside of the tank can be inspected. Other than the occasional plunging after crazy Cousin Eddy visits, all is well. Maintenance pumping can be scheduled at convenient times and there would be plenty of time to locate & uncover the tank. This is also the perfect time to install a riser in case you have an emergency one day. See our Riser Installation Service.

  • Urgent: Toilets or drains may gurgle and become very slow all the time. You might smell sewage odors. Toilets need more than one flush most of the time, or frequent plunging, but you can still use them. Locating, uncovering, and pumping should be scheduled for the next available appointment and might be paired with drain work to clear clogs. Just like with maintenance pumping, this is the perfect time to install a riser in case of future emergencies. See our Riser Installation Service.

  • Emergency: Emergencies usually happen when you don't remedy urgent issues for a while. Toilets and/or drains can no longer be used - even after multiple home remedies are tried. Emergency pumping means call that day - don't wait - and we'll pump you as soon as it's physically possible for us to do so. You would need to have your tank uncovered and ready for us before we arrive. Emergencies almost always involve a need for pumping as well as drain clearing. Again, just like with maintenance pumping, this is the perfect time to install a riser in case of future emergencies. See our Riser Installation Service

Please note:

We charge extra for providing services on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and Groundhog Day.

We don't run our trucks if there is snow or ice on roads or driveways. Especially up the hollers.

We don't drive the trucks off of gravel or paved surfaces.

The area should be clear of vehicles and objects that would block the area from parking to the tank. Put ALL PETS inside, please.
